  • 2 ounces baby spinach

First, toss the salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Instead of messing up multiple utensils, I opt to use a screw-topped jar.  It makes the mixing easy and I just pop the lid back on and store any leftover dressing in the refrigerator for future use. 

However, you can also mix the ingredients in a bowl, blender, or large mixing cup.

Ingredients
  

For the Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
